We stand behind every portrait we ship. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, we will reprint and reship at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

Email us at contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund — your choice.

Change of Mind

Because each portrait is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has started. Please review your frame, size, and portrait selection carefully before placing your order.

Digital Downloads

Digital pack purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered, as the files have been provided in full.
